The drivers to mental health issues

I am without words to the impact that Cell C has affected my financial, well being and personal being. Since 2021 I have been communicating with Cell, full of empty promises that is all I can say. Cell C is a company that can literally destroy your being, they will tangle a carrot at you, get you excited and have no shame in not honoring their word.

I have managed to get The NCC involved as well and to my surprise, they are just like Cell C. In the past year I escalated Cell C and received a paid up letter from them, that was after I had to fight them for it and yes I was pleased of the outcome. I received the paid up letter from Nkosazana Motsamai who works for Cell C on the 6th September, till this day my credit status remains the same where I have a judgement from Cell C saying that I am in arrears.

It is quite a shame that in this current time where we are informed that we need to keep a healthy credit and financial account that companies such as these drive parents to the ground by their dishonesty. I am not sure if they are aware of the mental well being that this causes to one as parents. The shame that it impacts to one for a parent not to be able to honor their promise, fulfill their children's dream is shaming.

My efforts have been dismissed as well as my plea.

Please assist to advice who can assist with this matter, I actually want to sue this company for the wrong they have done to me. I can now understand why man are not taken into consideration because our emotions, efforts, mental health are meaningless
