The don’t understand a contract term
I have had cell c contracts and have renewed them, however I have now decided to get a contract with RAIN as my contract was ending in April but cell c won’t cancel the contract and they keep attempting to debit my account whilst the sim has been blocked and is no longer in use.

I have called today to find out if the contract indeed has been canceled and I spoke to Mr Siboniswa Dindi who confirmed the cancellation and that a cancellation confirmation letter will be sent to me within 21 days.
