The deals are not available

On the 31st of march i enquired about your R99 deal you have for the mi-fi Router. Hence the fact that it was a great deal i asked them to sign me up for one. The lady on the phone told me that it would take 3-7 working days and i will have my unit. It has been 2 weeks and every time i call in they keep saying there is no stock. Cell c is advertising this unit on internet as well as pamphlets. Now as a customer we get inconvenienced yet again. I'd like to know when i will be getting my unit as it is impossible to be waiting for stock for 2 weeks!
