THE CONSTANT HARASSMENT OF *********** CELL C EMPLOYEES MUST STOP.

This is now the third review I'm writing of cell c. Background again: A while ago a female from cell c called me on the telephone and offered me a contract for a data bundle. It was R 99 for 20gig. I agreed telephonically to the contract. I never received any statement or account details. The woman also did not activate my debit order as expected. I received the sim card that was delivered to my house. When I inserted the sim card into my router , it didn't work. I went to Cell C President Mall in Krugersdorp. The woman behind the counter printed a statement. On the statement it indicated that the account due was R 148,99. I indicated to her that I took the contract at R 99 p.m. She didn't know what to do. She indicated that she thought I needed to pay the amount, but she saw on the system the account was closed. She indicated that I had to go pay the R 148,99 at President Hyper or Pep . So I paid the amount per internet banking. The sim card was still not activated and the DATA NEVER WORKED FROM THE START. Due to the problem I was sitting with cell c I went to MTN looking for a new contract, there was no way I would proceed with cell c ever again. I received a suitable contract and data from MTN. When they sent my application to head office, I was informed that cell c has blacklisted me on Splendi and my application at MTN was rejected

I discovered cell c, after the closure of the account, continued to add an instalment on my account every month. When I contacted them, they demanded that I pay another R 491,66. The struggle started. After a long struggle with *********** people at ALL THE DEPARTMENTS of cell c, I paid the full amount. On 10 Dec I responded to a telephonic call from cell C. They accused me of owing them R 400+ money. I was extremely aggravated and told them that I paid the money the previous week, sent the evidence to Splendi, I went to cell c President Hyper. The woman behind the counter made copies of the receipts and promised to send it to head office. She even sent me confirmation per e-mail. The person who called me gave me another e-mail address : cellccollectioncentre.co.za She said I must send the info again. So the person who called me promised to rectify the account right away. I e-mailed the info again on 10 Dec at 1:52 pm.

Today on 11 Dec 2020 I received a call from cell c no ***. The woman accused me of owing them R 400+ money. I was extremely furious and told them that I paid the money the previous week, sent the evidence to Splendi, I went to cell c President Hyper. The woman behind the counter made copies of the receipts and promised to send it to head office. She even sent me confirmation per e-mail. I also indicated that I sent it to cell c again yesterday. I was extremely angry with this constant harassment. So the woman said she would take it up with her supervisor and ended the call.

I have never seen such a massive level of incompetency of ALL DEPARTMENTS at any other business EVER before.

This struggle has been going on for many months and there is no sight of the end yet.
