The con artists with no cell service

My woes with Cell C started when my wife's contract was up for renewal, after 2 weeks no stock on the phone she wanted (stories of a truck being hi-jacked was given to me). Then when we went into the shop for the upgrade (Benoni Lakeside), we ask will her minutes be transferred over to the sales person, which she rep**** \yes""; there has been no signal in my area. I might have voice or might have data;but this is very short lived I have reported this to CellC but after a week I get told I have to be at home at certain times for them to test the signal essentially take leave for them to fix their problem. Well the good news for me is MTN and Telkom have good signal in that area and I my contract comes up for renewal in 4 months. So I will save money and hassle and after 10 years not go with CellC. """
