The Cell C Spin & Win Campaign is a sham, an illusion!

I never thought i would be back here again so soon, for the same reasons with the same company, after they had actually sorted out the initial one! Why does Cell C run a campaign (spin & win) if they know that they are meant for it to be a sham? If they knew all along that this campaign would actually be an illusion , then why go to such extremes of marketing it and all that?! i was here last week complaining about 1024MB that i had won through this campaign and that less than 10 minutes after i had won it vanished with the same speed it it credited. Today the same happened and i called Cell C. I was informed that i had logged on to facebook and that some of my apps are running. I then asked why is it that every time when i load a 1 GB data bundle myself these applications and facebook they are now talking about never annihilate my data in less than 10 minutes, and only when i have won it do these applications as well as facebook seem to have an impact on the data? The lady could not answer satisfactorily, anyway i need no answers no more____i have a plan effectively from the 06 March 2021......Out!
