The Cell C runaround
<p>I paid off my Cell C account, but I am bieng given the run around when it comes to them giving me a paid up letter. I have confirmed with their attorneys (Daly Corporation) that the account has been settled. Daly Corp told me they waiting for Cell C to issue out the letter. I spoke to Cell C legal this morning , they telling me they dont issue out paid up letters. I have a query logged with Cell C for this, ref nr ********** 861. Can issuing out a paid up letter be such ****** mission, I need this letter beause I have settled this account. This whole thing is so stupid.</p>

Moses Mo***eng from Cell C called me, his feedback, "your account has been handed over and you no longer a Cell C client". He doesnt even know where my account has been handed over to. Yet RL Daly attorneys are telling me they requested a letter from Cell C. Can someone help me with this matter please???
