The Call Centre agent was very rude

<p>on the 1st of November i called the cell c call centre requesting a sim swap. i spoke to a lady she gave me a Ref No. ********** 229 and she told me i will get a call within 48 hour. after 48 hour i got a call from a guy how was very rude. when i explained to he why i did not know my number he raised his voice on me. when i asked him is going to help me or not, he droped my call. </p>
