The C in Cell C stands for ********

Cell C is a ******** organization in my view. I had a two 2 year contracts with them that expired in April 2018. I called them twice in April to cancel the contracts. They said they were canceled. In May they debited my account again. I called to enquire and they **** and said I only canceled one. The contract they didn’t cancelled was R99 but they debited R200. I didn’t ever agree to this R200, even it their lie that I didn’t cancel was true. Now they have the nerve to say they will debit in June 2018 again. ********. This lady Prudence says because I didn’t cancel I automatically agree to have double the amount debited from my account. Where does that make sense? I’m going to any body that will here my complaint including SAPS or Icasa if I am advised that I can go there. These people are a **** running as a legitimate business.
