The C in Cell C should just be called Cancelled

The song goes "The road is long" and so has my time with Cell C been , 2 months back I went to Cell C at Canal Walk to cancel this contract I had 3 months left so I was willing to pay up the outstanding and just get done with it ASAP. The consultant advised me to let the the debit go off and then a pay the rest , at that point it was + - R800 . The consultant also said to give him a chance to get me a better deal and he was going to call me back (That never happened ) along with the millions of other consultants that said the same. In that time I changed banks and the account went into some spiral instead of calling me now the account is R1600 I know this company is hemorrhaging money but to want to do the same to clients is plain disgusting. Once again all I want to do is close of this account cause now this nonsense is effecting my record for other projects I wanted to do .
