Cell C advertised free Facebook and WhatsApp for July and August. Well, I just received my account, guess what they billed me for each and every single megabyte used on WhatsApp and Facebook. Wow, your strategy to ******* your clients is uncovered (refund me my hard earned money) or check the media!!!<br>
