The 5 star rating is for Kim Jacobs. She went well beyond the call of duty to help us.
We were about to walk out of the Cell C outlet, in Cape Town, in disgust until Kim Jacobs came to help us. She was absolutely amazing. If it was not for her we would have cancelled all 5 contracts we had. Thank you Kim.

27 Jan 2023, 16:39Thank you for the reply, she really was amazing.
Now if you can do away with the ridiculous so called security questions which are simply ludicrous.
I telephoned customer care, yesterday, who asked asinine questions and when I asked to speak to a manager the lady said they were not available but would phone me back within an hour, I am still waiting.
At the outlet was asked for my business number that I gave up 7 years ago. How in the name of all h*ll was I supposed to remember that?
I was then informed that I have a certain account at my bank which I do not and have never had.
There was another question, I cannot recall the exact details now, however apparently I was a director of a company I have never heard of.
This is besides the fact that I have had contracts with Cell C for at least 6 years now, and am a executive client, and gave my ID document and proof of address.
Really, if you insist on questions, rather get someone who is not a total ***** to set the questions.

30 Jan 2023, 17:23Yes, I do realize the questions are regulatory and are part and parcel of the XDS authentication process.
Despite of what you may feel I am really not stupid and understand that if I answer Yes or No to a particular question and that answer is wrong, I would fail. However when I inform you that the questions that are asked by CellC are ludicrous in the extreme, it is exactly what I mean.
I am asked similar questions by my banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, medical aid...... do I need to carry on?
I have never had a problem with those questions, however the questions Cell C asks are inane.
And yes, simply by a process of elimination, I do know what questions I am being asked, and which answers expected by Cell C are incorrect.
I strongly suggest you perhaps change the credit bureau you are using in this case, or perhaps more to the point, check on the staff you have who are inserting the relevant questions into my profile incorrectly.
