That is absolute trash service
Yesterday I complained to you guys about your client service. I complained about Lesego Kutlwano that she hung the call on my ear. Today it's Jabulile Mbatha same thing. I don't know do you train the people on your collections department, to hung up on the client's ear? When you are not agreeing to something?
