Thanks for all your help with my previous hello Peter issue.

Just wish Cellc supp**** a cheaper way to phone sharecall and landline numbers as you can literally at times, spend 30 to 60 minutes waiting on the phone in the que before you have even spoken to a person. So that's almost R40 airtime gone on just waiting to speak to someone. And if their system is slow (like it often is) you could add another 30 minutes to the call.

So you could almost pay R70 in airtime just for 1 call and that's on the cheapest 66c tariff plan... And if you need to do several of these calls because the call drops... Yakes

Really wish Cellc would look into this so that they could offer a product that meets the need to phone customer service lines for much cheaper.

Also wish your prepaid connecta Flexi could take and make phone calls like a normal SIM card so I could replace my prepaid Telkom smart broadband SIM (that can phone and SMS and Roam if I purchase expensive roaming data) with this Cellc prepaid tariff with great price on data even if I'm limited to the fixed LTE network coverage. Unfortunately my phone isn't dual SIM so I'm stuck with Telkom.

Say when will Cellc offer E SIM cards? This would help all of us who don't have a dual SIM phone.

Please pass the above feedback to the correct Cellc department.
