Thanks for positive feedback from Cell C and Thabisile Ngcobo.
Since last writing here about Cell C; there has been some very positive changes regarding most of the negative points which I wrote about. Thanks to Hellopeter and the ability for me to write about what is really bothering,I have had several conversations with Thabisile Ngcobo who works for Cell C and looks into problems clients have with Cell C. Thanks to Thabisile, I have received a satisfactory financial credit straight into my bank account. I was also able to receive some answers regarding a fault on one of my Cell C lines and also regarding Wifi calling. Thank you Cell C and Thabisile..
