Thanks for nothing Cell C!

I started with first ordering a CAT phone S40 and they assured me they would contact me after writing my number on a s**** piece of paper under a desk.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #9b9b9d; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">I then consulted the branch two more times where they told me the phone had not arrived. I finnally went a third time where one consultant informed me that I was never recorded on the system for a CAT phone S40. He then looked for the phone in the system and found that there was one available at the Grove mall. The following day I drive to the branch in that mall only to be told that the phone was reserved for someone else. They then further told me my ID has been reported for ***** and made no effort to confirm this with a head office.</span></p> <p>As a result no phone no contract, thanks for nothing Cell C!</p>
