Loaded up 3 rand emergency airtime twice so that I could load my Unipin electricity. Both times got the message i do not have sufficient funds!? What is the point of an (emergency airtime recharge) if you can only use it for what the network provider thinks you should use it for!? That's Cell c the emergency recharge was useless in this case and I had to drive to the shops anyway to go and recharge. The cherry on the top was Cell-C thanking me for repayment of my emergency recharge. It was a useless added expense. Thanks alot guys.

15 Aug 2021, 15:16It was the exact instructions that are on the Unipin electricity slip-"*120*41589*pin*meter number# I'll remember that Cell c is selective on how we can use our "emergency recharge" airtime. I attempted the transaction twice so it was not a problem on my side.
