Thanking Mr Kealeboga for his awesome service

I would like to thank Mr Kealeboga for his amazing service he was really helpful friendly and understanding he helped me solve a problem in 30 min which no one could do in over a week I was going cancel all my contracts with cell c after I made my monthly payments and made a small mistake of mixing up the reference number so one account is R49 under the other is R49 over after e-mailing and phoning cell c a number of times to sort this small mistake out I got no we're till they cut my line I was so mad I thought I'd call one last time got through to Mr Kealeboga in the accounts department he helped me so well he changed my mind in canceling my contacts had me back on line in 30 mind a big hands up to you hope cell c knows it's people like you that make a difference you are a true asset to cell c thank you again Mr Kealeboga for a amazing experience you don't normally get .<br> <br> Regard <br> Simon Oosthuizen<br> ***
