I would like to thank Syabulela Ndaweni from the Cell C social media team who has assisted me in resolving an issue which had taken 2 months without a solution. from the day he called me on the 14 November 2022 he promised me that he will get to the bottom of my problem and update me throughout the process and he kept to his word. I finally have both my phones now and very hsppy with outcome. Cell C need more people like him who dedicate themselves into actually resolving customer issues and not just transfer you from department to department. Thank you Syabulela!!
