THANK YOU SENZO MAHLAMBI

This review and rating is not so much for CellC but for one of their employees- Senzo Mahlambi at the retentions department. Two weeks ago I called to do an upgrade on my contract. We discussed the handset I wanted and I was informed that my credit score was outdated and needed to be updated, they would get back to me. 3 Days later I still not heard anything so contacted them again only to be told the same story. another 3 days later I called AGAIN and was forutnate enough to get through to Senzo. After explaining the history to him, he immediately told me they did not have the handset I wanted (not one of the precious agents had mentioned this). He also mentioned there was a note on my credit rating (also the first I had heard of this) and once I had explained to him what the situation was, he set to work and about 15 minutes later I was told everything was sorted and the phone would be delivered within 3-7 working days. This was on a Thursday. To my utter and pleasant suprise the phone was delivered to my house the following day. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Senzo, thank you for your courtesy and excellent service. CellC could do with a few more of your calibre.
