Thank you Pranitha and Cell C for the amazing assistance you offered the last 6 months. I was retrenched and my husband passed away. I was not in a financial position to pay for the 6 cell phone accounts I have with Cell C and we needed our phones
Pranitha called me and made a repayment arrangement with me while I was waiting for the death benefits to pay out.
Pranitha was amazing during this time. Also called me back when I send her an email.

09 Sept 2022, 17:41Okay I settled one of my accounts and wanted to update..... Was treated like a ******** and was told that I have a bad credit with cell c and can't upgrade. I made a repayment arrangement and never defaulted on my arrangement.
Don't understand why cell c treats me this way. If I knew cell c would treat me like this I would have gone to another cellphone network. I have a clear credit record and never defaulted on jy account
