I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cell C for finally resolving my query. After quite a frustrating process and several follow-ups, I am happy to say that everything has now been sorted out and I have successfully processed my upgrade.

A special thank you goes to Ntibi Phohlele, who truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. She kept me updated throughout the process, took the time to follow up on my query and ensured that I was never left wondering what was happening. Her communication, patience and willingness to assist made a significant difference to my experience.

It is refreshing to encounter someone who takes ownership of a customer's concerns and follows through until there is a resolution.

Although the process was not without its challenges, I am pleased with the final outcome and grateful that Cell C came through in the end.
