In July 2015 Mr Sbu, Operations manager for Durban Cell C got Lionel and Tashen to attend to the cell C reception in the northern part of Phoenix.<br> <br> It had been very bad.<br> I had to drive away from my Medical Centre to the summit of a hill opposite Mahatma Gandhi school in order to attend to my urgent emails and prepare the talks that I give regularly to the doctors and others.<br> While there I would be summoned back to my surgery as there were patients waiting.<br> <br> Within a week they had the problem sorted out.<br> <br> This was all done with an alacrity and courtesy that many of us are not accustomed to in our country.<br> <br> Thank you very much, the Cell C Team.
