Thank you Lindiwe

This is not a review on cell C fibre but rather on the service I have just received from Lindiwe who is a Jhb based supervisor at their call centre. We did not have wifi for 4 days during my kids exam period and she went above and beyond to escalate the problem and arrange for technicians to come to my home at 6pm to rectify the situation. She called about 4-5 times during the course of the day to check if they had come yet and again first thing the next am to make sure it was still working. She even offered free data on a cell C cellular package to hotspot off. I was lucky to have had Lindiwe’s service as she truly empathised with my situation and the fact that the kids had no wifi during the exam period.
