I went to Kollonade Cell C for my cell phone upgrade. Even though everybody had to wait in the queue it didn't matter. Kagiso went out of his way to assist me. He was professional and friendly. Explained the new phone to me and helped me to load the apps. He had a lot of patience with me when I couldn't decide which options to take. Thank you - much appreciated,
