Thank you for your bad service.

I am very disappointed with Cell C. We have received nothing but bad service from them. We work in Alrode South Johannesburg in an area with no signal. Quite a lot of people have complained and lost business due to this problem. A year ago we contacted Cell C about the problem and no one came back to us. A month ago we put in another complain. When they finally came out to the area, their response was that there is no signal. Thank you Cell C, I could've told you that a year ago. Since then no one has come back to us (as usual) now we all want to cancel our contracts and move to MTN or Vodacom because they are willing to put up a tower here for us and still no response from Cell C. It is bad enough that COVID19 put us all down now we are losing business due to no service from you guys. I would never recommend anyone to go to Cell C because you'll never have signal and your problems will never be solved.
