I had been having an accounting problem with Cell C which had been ongoing for a month or so. I had been unable to get through to someone who actually understood the problem until I spoke to Danele Adams, one of the managers. She was not only extremely polite and helpful but went out of her way to to have it sorted within 10 minutes. Thank you again Ms Adams.
