Thank you Busi for Outstanding Customer Service That Truly Cares

I would like to send a big thank you and shout-out to Busi from the Social Media Department. I know that as people, we are often very quick to complain, but rarely take the time to go back and thank those who genuinely help us. Today, I want to do exactly that.

From day one, when I logged my complaint on Hello Peter, Busi personally called me. She listened to me every step of the way, kept her word, investigated my complaint thoroughly, and made sure my spouse’s issue was resolved. We truly need more people like her in this country.

A special thank you as well to her colleague Ntebaleng. Ladies, thank you so much for your dedication and excellent service. I sincerely hope that this level of care doesn’t end with me, but that it continues to be extended to other customers as well.

Cell C is going very far by having people like you—people who genuinely hold customers’ best interests at heart. Thank you for going out of your way to assist me. Even though the issue may have seemed small to some (a R450 arrears amount), what mattered most was how seriously you took our dissatisfaction as clients, not the amount involved.
