Good Morning <br> Thank you for resolving the issues I had with the Sony M5 Dual upgrade. Its unfortunate that I had to resort to posting complaints on HelloPeter, but had I not done this, I was afraid I would have been left without a device for a while. Thanks to Skumbozo as well as the other lady from your Social Media department, as well as everyone at your Walk In Centre who assisted me, as their Service was top notch. I was a bit disappointed with the Sony device and though I really liked the phone, the new device I chose is so much better, so thanks to the lady at your store in the Walk In centre who offered advice in terms of which device would suit my needs. I do not have any complaints thus far and it works 10 times better than the previous device. <br> Hoping the network upgrades would happen soon too so as to improve the quality of the signal in my area.
