Good evening,
I want to give the Cell C shop in the Middelburg Mall, Aerorand a thumbs-up for your willingness to help me where the Cell C-shop in Witbank wasn't even able to try to help.
Bongani and, I think the lady's name was Malie, (not sure about the spelling) helped me within 10 minutes since I've entered their shop with my computer and same request as I have the previous week for the workers at Witbank mall.
Thank YOU for trying to help me. As you've said you don't know everything, but at least you try to help the customers. You are teaching yourself. I appreciate your willingness. Lots of Blessing Beatrice Lotter ***
