I would like to say thanks to Jarod (Team leader) in the upgrades department. He assisted me, and went above and beyond his duty. He said he would try to arrange a urgent delivery and I received my handset today and it was really the best service I had in a very long time. Thanks. I have been with Cell C for 19 years and this has been the best service I have had from Cell C. This time I got my phone without problems and not like the time they sent my handset and it was ******, and that took a long time to sort out. But that is another issue. Hope you have much more people like Jarod on your team.
