Thabisile, champion of customers

I had a query where I could not do a swim swap on my old number, call center could do it, cell c shops also could not do it. The matter was escalated to Thabisile Ngcobo who contacted me and advised me that since I have a contract with Cell C she would do security checks with me and that was done and got my number back. She also ensured that when I get to Cell C shop to buy a SIM card I don’t have to queue she alerted them in advance of my arrival they were helpful. Thank you so much Thabisile Ngcobo,if Cell C can embody your values of service excellence, dedication and stewardship it would be easily be the best network provider in SA. My hero
