Thabile please continue to do the great job.
On the 20th of this month, I went to cellc protea Gardens mall to check when will I upgrade my phone. I was assisted by the lady by the name of Thabile, her approach was so nicely, she was smiling all the time, she assisted me without hesitate, she told me my upgrade is due and she explained everything so that i can understand as it was my first time upgrading. I wish all the staff working at the store they can have the same customer care like her, as October I went there to change my banking details the manager working there she was rude and gave me attitude, she didn't even bother to introduce herself, I just heard around that she is a manager, I feel like she is abusing her powers towards the customers.
