Test Debit Order

So i took a new line with cell C last week and this is the 4th line, so last night was debited and when i call yhe call center spoke to Senzo who told me they were testing if my account is active, i was not aware it never happened before no one told me about this, soni asked for a manager hold on for 20min spoke to a team leader by the name of Themba who told me his manager is on vacation and there is nothing he can do rather than to log a case & will get my money back in 48working hours... My accout was debited without my authority and my bank charges for debit orders now i must wait for my own money again.... It's ridiculous
