Terrific service!

I am only due for an upgrade on 04/04/2015 but I had some problems with my current cellphone. Jo-Anne advised I must wait until my official upgrade date. On 25/03/2015 Jo-Anne called me back and told I could upgrade. I called her back on 28/03/2015 and said I found the phone I would like to upgrade to. She confirmed all my details and explained all the T&C's. It would've taken 5 -7 working days for the phone to be delivered. It hasn't even been 2 working days and I received my phone. Well done! Great service... Keep up the great work.
