Terriblle service at Cell C

Incredibly frustrating service. We have had a **** case on our account where we keep on closing the case and it always re-appears and charges our account on crazy amounts of money. We cant get through to any customer service assistance and it just rings with no one actually knowing what's going at Cellc. We are forced to open a massive ******** case against CellC. Enough is enough.Terrible to deal with!
