Terrible upgrade service
I dont understand I am looking to upgrade looked online for a phone..... I phoned 084 145 - oh no they dont have this available it must for new contracts only..... and then they want to offer me something more expensive and not what i want...
How is that customer retention? where does it actually say its for new contracts only - why do old customers have to pay more?
