Terrible upgrade experience

On Friday 5 May 2023 I was contacted by Cell C Retention department to offer me an early upgrade.

The offer that I accepted was a Samsung S23 with a smart watch 5

After the upgrade was finalised the consultant phoned me back to enquire what colour watch I wanted and chose titanium

Today (9 May 2023) I received only the phone

I have now phoned Cell C 4 times to find out what is happening

The 4 th time I was advised that the consultant dis not load a deal but only the cell phone

I have attempted to cancel this deal and each time I am just transferred to another consultant to explain the story from the beginning which is severly frustrating

I am at my wits end trying to send this phone back and cancel the deal.

I am not sure whether it has now been captured but I am guessing not

I need this phone collected amd upgrade cancelled
