Terrible, unprofessional, pathetic - No service

Horrible service from cellc, even after complaining, after hello Peter but still no solution. MR Younus Badat, senior operation manger called and promised this would be sorted 2 weeks ago. I asked for details to escalate cellc to Icasa but they have sent details. PLEASE CALL ME BACK URGENTLY MR BADAT.
