Terrible to no assistant

I am now buying the 7th sim card trying to do a simswap with your callcentre, the last one on Monday I was told it would take 24 hours, when I tried yesterday it was not active, I called you guys again, I was told the lady who said she will do it didn't do it However she has lifted the serial number of the sim , so now i must go buy the sim for the 08th time this is really unacceptable
