Terrible terrible service at Cell C

<p> I upgraded, had an out of box error. New phone had to be ordered by Woodlands branch. A week later no one at the branch can assist they are just saying the can not help and the warehouse does not have. I upgraded 3 weeks ago and still do not have a new phone. I phoned in and still no one was able to assist. CELL C'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! </p>
