Terrible Sim Swop Service!!!

<p>I have been trying to do a sim swop that actually works since last week Friday 2016/09/09 and today 2016/09/16 it is still not working, I have escalated my case at least 4 times, their useless sim swop department, I am now still waiting 7 days for someone to phone me after I was told on they will phone within 2-4 hours....... :-( I spoke with them again on a daily bases this whole week, was promised within 2 hours it is now 3 hours since i have phoned and still NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and this has made me really reconsider.</p>
