Terrible servie

Staff couldnt help me with cellphone repairs or cellphone upgrade and made me wait about 45 min for help in which i left to move my contract to vodacom.<br> This store has a really bad reputation and staff tells lies to customers in order to gain sales!!! The salesman pretended to call NC Mall branch for a cellphone they did not have in stock only to find out later that he never called and they did have the cellphone i wanted in stock.Management is very bad and employess are neverminded about how they treat customers. I will never set foot in that store again! I always leave that store with tears in my eyes due to the frudtration felt!!<br> <br> Cell C NC mall offers much better service and could help me with all my inquiries.
