Terrible Service/*****

How these guys remain in operation is beyond me. I renewed a contract. they loaded the incorrect contract Massive overcharge picked up on my bill call them 8 times, each time they escalating it to senior management, i guess they all left as well, and what they have , is probaly those who cant find a job else where! now, im told, i should have picked up on their incompetence within 7 days and told them of their mistake. they cannot do anything, and i must pay the ********** charges or my contracts are all suspended.
