TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH UP GRADING ACCOUNTS

I went to Cell C Canal walk as i have had a 24 month contract with Cell C that was coming to an end. So i chose canal walk cell c branch thinking they would probably be more advanced, but i was VERY wrong.<br> Firstly they upgraded my contract too early which was to my expense DESPITE what i signed on the contract for it to only start in May 2015 and it started in February 2015.<br> I was told that they would not charge me pro rata as it was their mistake... so that didnt happen, i was charged and had to pay.<br> Then they said they would reimburse me my data that i have lost at their cost... that didn't happen either, i had to pay, being told that \its unfortunate"<br> NOTHING has been done i have called CELL C myself and i have called the canal walk store. <br> I would gladly give them their phone back and move to a different network..its been 3 Months back and forth and no call back no nothing i am still doing the following up and still i have no answer.<br> WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM A NETWORK PROVIDER"
