Terrible Service with *********** consultants

Please cancel my contract line; 061. I requested cancellation on the 23rd Dec 2021 when I paid R5900, three months later you have not cancelled the contract.

Your service is unacceptable, I have been on the phone for 18mins at my cost; your consultants have been transferring me to multiple departments with resolving my simple request to cancel the contract.

Please cancel the contract with immediate effect then forward letter of confirmation.
