Terrible service with Cell C

I have been a client with cell C for over 10 years and this is the absolute worst service I have received and I am turning to this platform because my issue has still not been resolved. I app**** for a single contract for a phone with Cell C at march monthend and to my surprise they issued two contracts instead. I have made multiple complaints for them to close the second contract that they are debiting me for currently, we are approaching two months since I lodged my complaints and they still have not resolved the matter. I am not able to use either phone as they have not confirmed the correctly issued phone. The people I have spoken to have been extremely nonchalant and arrogant to be honest, they have passed my call from agent to agent without an end product.
