Terrible Service When Comes to Claims

I recently LOST my phone and went to a nearest police station submit a affidavit that my phone was lost. I submitted all relevant documents to cell c for the claim (docs submitted as per cell c request) then was told to call after 46 hours which i did now they ask me for a case number, the police say they can not give a case number becoz phone was not ****** so there is no one to open a case against. besides this 3 times i can the c surance department and they cut the call on me, its seems as if the agents does not know how to deal with claims. <br> <br> Really dissapointed with the service.
