Terrible service, Useless Legal department
Cell C customer service is the worst ever, calls get dropped after holding for a prolonged period. it takes almost 20 to 30 minutes to get through their legal department. I have paid them in full and all am looking for is a paid up letter but each you speak to their legal department after being kept holding for a prolonged period they become clueless about what to do. Horrible Horrible service
