Terrible service refund money!!!

<p>REFUND NOT DONE--- for cell ********** 924</p> <p>I called in on the 14.03.17. Processed my refund as I over paid for the contract I closed I was advised will be refunded within 7 working days given REF NUMBER- ********** 890</p> <p> </p> <p>Called again on the 27th as I visited the gateway branch to check how my refund is going consultant called the call centre they said POP was not reflecting however he clearly showed me the credit of R1473.71 reflecting and said that I would need to resend my POP which I initially faxed through from the la Lucia mall branch on the 27.01.17 .Consultant looked at my pop as it isn't clear it's faded and u can barely see anything and he advised call centre that he cannot see with the naked eye so how will they see it once emailed they advised since the credit is reflecting the refund will now be processed again .</p> <p>Called on the 04.04.17 someone told me the case was with Fathima given ref ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Called 06.04.17 consultant tells me I need to send POP that's y the refund isn't being done !! </p> <p>I HAVE ALREADY SENT IT AND THE RECEIPT IS FADED WHAT DO U WANT ME TO DO. They advised to return to la Lucia branch and get a reprint</p> <p>Went to the lalucia branch for a reprint consultant told me they do not give reprints and it is too old to be on the system they tried making a photo copy of the old receipt but nothing is visible ..</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell c I want my money immediately I HATE THIS NETWORK GOSH.
